In our relationship with our customers, we commit to behave honourably to provide food and service matching our advertising, and to meet reasonable expectations. Similarly, it is the responsibility of the customer to meet their commercial responsibilities when transacting with L’impasto.
These requirements are described in the following Terms and Conditions of trading with us.
- The placement of an order with us is binding. We can only agree to a cancellation when the request to cancel is made prior to commencement of order fulfilment, and at our sole discretion.
- Complaints shall be made in the first instance to the shop management. Making derogatory comments online prior to advising management and discussing restitution is not acceptable.
- Our delivery fee is $4. The minimum delivery order value is $25.
- Please allow 40-50 minutes for deliveries.
- Please advise with order if more than $50 in change is required from our delivery driver.
- All prices include GST.
- Specials are only for pickup and home delivery.
- Dine in prices differ from pickup/delivery menu.
- Customers are requested to advise at time of order if they have any allergies, or gluten, lactose or nut intolerances.
- Prices may change without notification.
